Duration of services is an estimated time, you will not be charged if extra time is needed for work to be finished. Prices include 1-2 cleaners. For laundry service you must provide your laundry detergent and softner, washing and drying machine must be installed in your home, we don't take laundry to the laundromat or dry-cleaning service. Sales tax is not included in the prices.

Move in/out Cleaning
What's Included:
Move-In/Out Cleaning is a deep, top-to-bottom clean done when a unit is empty — either before new tenants/owners move in, or after the previous occupants move out. It's more thorough than a standard cleaning since there's no furniture in the way, and it's meant to leave the space spotless and ready for the next person (or ready for final inspection/handoff).
