At Konig Klean LLC, we believe in complete transparency with every client. Our Terms of Service & Conditions outline everything you need to know before scheduling a cleaning or facility service — including our deposit and payment structure, cancellation policy, liability protections, and service-specific terms for carpet cleaning, painting, window washing, and more.

CURRENT PROMOTIONS:
Get $50 OFF your first cleaning service (Now through September)
Terms apply:
1. Eligibility
This offer is valid for new customers only, defined as anyone who has not previously booked a paid cleaning service with Konig Klean LLC. Limit one discount per customer, per household, and per service address.
2. Service Area
Valid for bookings within Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. Addresses outside these boroughs are not eligible.
3. Minimum Booking Amount
The total cleaning service must total $340 or more before the discount is applied. The $50 discount is deducted from the final invoice at that minimum; it cannot be used to bring a smaller job down to $340.
4. Eligible Services
This offer applies to deep and move in/out residential cleaning bookings, or combo of move in/out cleaing plus painting service only. It does not apply to basic and recurring cleaning services.
5. Redemption
The discount is applied automatically at time of booking or invoicing when the minimum spend is met; it is not available as a cash equivalent, credit, or refund if the completed job falls below the minimum after the fact.
6. Combinability
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, referral credit, or coupon. Only one promotional discount may be applied per booking.
7. Scheduling
Offer must be redeemed at the time of the customer's first booking. It cannot be applied retroactively to past invoices or held for use on a future, separate booking.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
Konig Klean LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. No Cash Value
This discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward gratuity.
