Billing & Pricing

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or reschedule your requested KONIG KLEAN LLC service, a minimum period of notice of no less than 1 business day or 24 hours prior to your service date is required in order for you to obtain a full refund of your deposit and avoid additional penalties.
Payment Policy
- Residential Clients: Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless a different arrangement has been approved in writing. Deposits are made at the booking of a service.
- Commercial Clients: Invoices for recurring or contractual cleanings are with payment terms outlined in a service agreement.
- Construction & Specialty Projects: For large-scale or multi-phase projects, a deposit or partial upfront payment may be required to secure your booking and cover preparation costs.
